Ans: The appellate mechanism is also stated to be provided under Sections 30 and 31 in Chapter V dealing with appeals of the said Act i.e., Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007. 

Section 30 and Section 31 of Armed Forces Tribunal Act,  2007 deals with the appeal to the Supreme Court against the order of armed forces tribunal.
